This page is about myself,

But mostly about pictures of myself.

This page is graphics intensive.  If you don't have a fast connection (like if you're on the school's network), you might have to sit tight for a bit while the pictures download.

Having noted the utter (though semi-professional), current lack of core personal information on this web site, I have created this page (although not presented very coherently).  While perhaps it could be considered a risk to one's privacy to publish such information so freely, I have come to realize that I am actually quite used to other people knowing quite a bit more about me than I do about them.  I guess such things come from the number of activities that I participated in before college.

I attended Bismarck High School, of Bismarck, North Dakota.  I had a pretty good time.  I was sure better than where I was before that.

Here are some pictures from that era, from my senior picture portfolio.  I'm about 18 here, back in 1998.

My Yearbook Picture

A good second choice,
but a little too ivy league.

A classic suit picture.
 I love to overdress.

My Letterman's Jacket.
Just so you know, I lettered in music.

Me and the Cello.

After High School, I went to UH on a pretty nice scholarship deal.  In Houston, I study Physics and Computer Science (with an unpleasantly required Math minor).

Here's pictorial proof of the Geeky/Nerdy concept.  Not that I don't like the picture.  I think I look good.  Just maybe a little too ready to plop down in front of a computer.   (circa. Summer 2001.)

My Wild Freshman Year  (1998-1999)

I guess all freshmen get a little wild trying to figure out where they fit in.

I lived at the End of the Hall
Me operating the "End of the Hall" web site and the "Unofficial Human Situation" web site.

"I know nothing!  I'm not responsible!  Plausible Deniability!!!""

My freshman year Halloween costume was the character Aeneas from the Roman epic poem "The Aeneid".

This is probably a good time to point out that I took four years of Latin in High School.  See?  Public school does teach kids something.

Ummm.... just being wild and/or crazy.  Take your pick.

My (First) Senior Year:  (2000-2001)

I think I've mellowed out a bit in those four years.

I'd like to thank my good friend, Jen for taking these pictures.  (She working at being getting a modeling job.)

Over the years, I have experimented with different looks.  OK, so I didn't really do it on purpose, but it's not really a bad thing in the end.

Me with longer hair. (1999)
(Didn't want to get it cut at the UC.)

Me with shorter hair. (2000)
(This is what happens when you get it cut at the UC.)

(

Me with a beard (and short hair). (2001)
(I still can't believe I can grow a beard in only four days.)

Here's a morbid little fact...   Look back at the pictures above for this one.

This picture was rated 6.6 on hotornot.com: .  But this one was rated 8.9:

Go figure

Here are some more recent pictures of me.  These were taken on National Coming Out Day (October 11, 2002).  First, I model my homemade pride shirt, then my clubwear for later that night.  (yes, that's a mesh shirt).

There's even more pictures of me in my webcam archives.  The webcam is rarely on.  It had stopped working quite so well, and it has started degrading in quality, perhaps (see the bearded picture compared to the short hair/long hair pictures above).  I've got a new camera, but I rarely remember to turn it on.

I also have a Livejournal, which can be an interesting read.

Anyone wanting to buy me something can see what I have picked at my Amazon.com wish list.
